Just finished reading my first Longmire book, The Cold Dish , and went back-to-back into Death Without Company ! Thanks for the tip, guys. Wonder if the TV show will include Longmire's occasional allusions to literature and philosophy--I'm not sure myself if I find them mostly refreshing, or just pretentious...I'll read some more and make up my mind!

Hello, I wrote a book set in Wyoming that is of a contemporary nature. It has a soft back, but it has recently been converted to ebook format if you are interested. It is about a woman who returns home to Wyoming, but there is more to it than that. There is a murder. A bar fight. Cowboys. And some lessons about self. If you're interested, it's out there.

Loved the pilot "Longmire" on A & E last night so much I watched the repeat directly after. Good to see much of the book's integrity is protected in the series. Walt definitely like the character in the book.
