Hey all, first of all I want to say that I truely love Wyoming- and am glad that my fiance and I are at a place where we are seriously considering the move.. my only obsticle- work! He is able to transfer- I work in the airline industry and unfortunately the company I work for does not fly to Wyoming at all .. I know the airports are relatively small- so that pretty much shoots that idea out the window.
I would be completely satisfied as a receptionist, coffee shop? or any sort of customer service.. any thoughts? What is the job front like at this point? Any information is greatly appreciated!

Take a look at these links.

Wyoming At Work

Wyoming State Jobs

Federal Government Jobs

Wasn't sure what jobs at airports would fall under which, so I listed all three.

The first one will list all the jobs in the state that are listed with the Employment offices in every town.

The second one will list all the state jobs that are listed with the Employment offices in every town.

The third one is for Government Jobs.

Where are you planning on relocating to?

We just moved to Casper & LOVE it. LOVE IT! BUT, I was unable to transfer with my company, like you. I have applied with two staffing agencies, I stalk wyoming at work daily, and the jobs just aren't there. Having been a hiring manager with my prior company, I know that is not all that unusual for January, no matter what the industry, but it is still frustrating.

Default cody or casper?

We are primarily interested in Cody- and the more I look into the two areas the more I am drawn to Cody- my fiance has the option to transfer to either town, so I am the only one who will need to look for work- but I am to the point where I would work pretty much anywhere just to get out of Seattle and into the country where I can feel normal!!
