How much on average has real estate market dropped in Fort Mill?

Has it dropped 25% or more?

No where near 25% drop. Great schools keep the property values up and there hasn't been much over-building. Can't say the same for Tega Cay.

Not sure the exact numbers.

I think the FM average is above Charlotte and well above the national average. I cannot remember the exact number my realtor quoted in April but I put my House up for sale and it was under contract within 40 days. I sold my house for 22% more then I paid in 2002 and 6% less then what the same model went for in 2006-2007 on average. I see houses in my neighborhood sell relatively fast. There was one on my street that sold in less then two weeks and it was priced alittle high from what my realtor said. I have another friend who sold last month in a deferent Fort Mill neighborhood and he was 28% over the price he paid in 2004. Location is tops and I think a lot depends on the amenities in your development. There is a development behind mine and it has no pool or any amenities and I notice the homes sitting in there longer.
