Some of the subdivisions sound like they are best for young families (i.e. Baxter)..Our visit is in August is to look at new construction & resales. Our price range in is the mid 300's..Our focus is Lake Wylie, Tega Cay & Fort Mill areas.

Okay DDR57...you are making me come clean with my age (but this is just between you and I...okay?
)....I hit the big 50 last year and I'm in spitting distance of 51 now. While we still have children that are in school (yipee...both are now in middle school!)...Tega Cay really has so much to offer families and empty nesters (with plenty of outdoor activities, sports, walking trails, social clubs, volunteer groups, outdoor concerts, fall fesitvals, etc.). So my husband and I know when the time comes and the children are gone...we will still have plenty to keep us busy living here in Tega Cay.
