Hello! I have enjoyed reading the forums here. We may be relocating to Lancaster county. We may be going to look at some houses for rent in Buford. I know nothing about that area. Does anyone have some information? How are the schools? Do they have a program for gifted/talented students? We have four children, two of whom are in a gifted program. Thank you so much.

Here is a link to Discovery School/GT. This is an elementary school, located in Lancaster.

Buford Elementary is overcrowded, but it is a good school. All the county schools have a GT program. It is called Eagles. Once a week the kids that are in Eagles get on a bus and go to the Discovery school for Eagle classes.
