I've read some pretty bad stuff about the management styles and a little about the ?Medicare/Medicaid fraud that Tenet were found guilty of .
But this was stuff that was posted several years ago.
I've looked at their Joint commission reports and they seem to be doing well there, but wondered about RN to pt ratios, nursing morale,staffing levels generally, safety Emergency room etc etc
Just remember it is a for profit hospital, and that changes the dynamics.I work for another for profit hospital,and it is all about the money and patients are last. Just my expierence.
