If you are just looking for rental properties and don't really care about yard size, Regent Park in the northern part of Fort Mill has lots to choose from and the area is safe.

i live in Lake Wylie and love our neighborhood: www.thelandingonlakewylie.com website shows houses for sale and our amenitites (pool, small clubhouse, trails and a playground.)

have fun looking! we moved from charlotte and love our area.

We looked in this neighborhood but we can't figure out why their homeowners dues are so high for what you get? It's higher than Baxter!
