Custom Home Builders - Ft. Mill (Fort Mill, Springfield: design, commute, hospital)

Looking to build in the River District at Baxter but also looking at Trinity Ridge (seems a bit remote though). Springfield is beautiful but has been eliminated (timed the commute down to the hospital...just a little too far for comfort)

Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about builders?

Can't help you with builders but if you really like Trinity Ridge it probably won't feel so remote if/when the Southern bypass is built.
