Rental home needed in Fort Mill! (Rock Hill, North: apartment, rentals, townhome)

My family and I tried to sell our home in Charlotte last year only to find out it would take a $50,000 loss. We decided to rent it out and move to Fort Mill. We have been in an apartment and absolutely hate it. We are desperately seeking a 3 bedroom/2 bath rental home in Fort Mill around the $1,000 range. If anyone could help please let me know. I have searched Craigslist, Realtor.com, Postlets.com, Rentals.com and haven't had any luck.

Just saw a rental go up in the Lakeridge neighborhood in the last week. I don't know the price or size, but worth checking into

It's going to be hard to find something at that price point I think. If you can't find a house, maybe you could find a townhome to rent. We don't hear our neighbors at all.

We cut through Flint Hill Road today (off of Hwy 21 past Regent Park) and there was a house for rent on that road. Apparently For Rent by the Owner.
