I am looking for a good reasonable priced interior designer to help with a new construction house. I need someone to come get to know my style for an hour or two, accompany me to the design center to help with selections, and then give me suggestions on paint colors and type of furniture to buy, and room layouts. I am pretty good with style and taste but need someone to solidify my choices and make me feel confident as I build this house. Style is transitional, please no french country or someone who only has one look. Also, reasonable, I dont want to spend a fortune when I am pretty good myself, just need a little hand holding.
Did you find someone? I am waiting for an IT job (just came back home after working on a contract in California). I live in Fort Mill and have built a home in Baxter plus helped others with choices. I have renovated homes, happen to have a real estate license (so, I have seen lots of different homes and styles) and LOVE helping with interior decorating. Since I don't do this for a living, I would be very reasonable.
