I am not sure what grades you're looking for, but I was looking into homeschooling for my daughter last year (she is in the 11th grade). We eventually decided against homeschooling, but these are some of the places I looked into.

They offer excellent information if you call them. I was confused about the whole homeschooling topic and they explained it all to me.
I am not sure if you can start them mid-year - I want to say that you can, but I am not 100% sure. Just give any of these people a call and they walk you thru it.
