My single sister in law is moving to area in York or Lancaster counties to rent 1 bedroom apt. We need a low crime neighborhood. Any suggestions where to look?
My father is renting a two bedroom, approximately 900 sf condo in Rock Hill that is in a great area off of Mt. Gallent. Rent is $700/month plus utilities of course. It will include a washer and dryer and has a wooded back.
These are brand new apartments so there's no rating on safety yet, but the area in general seems nice. They're right outside the Waterstone develpment in Ft. Mill, sorry I don't have the name of the complex handy...

I'm pretty sure the name of that complex is Millcrest Apartments. They're in Waterstone, right across from Fieldstone. Seems pretty safe to me!
