It's a REALLY strong rental market right now in Fort Mill. I'm not sure what reasonably priced means to you, but I just did a search on MLS and the lowest priced home in that area is $1,395. There are only 6 rentals on the market under $2,000. Most of those will likely be rented within the week. There are more options if you'd consider a townhome or condo. You'd have more luck if you were willing to go a bit further south on 521, or to Rock Hill. Sorry I don't have better news!
