Landing Station is a retail center located at the northeast corner of South Carolina Highway 274 and Charlotte Highway in the Lake Wylie area of York County, South Carolina. It opened in 1997.

Winn Dixie #2156, 158 Highway 274, Clover, South Carolina 29710-6045:
Winn Dixie #2156, a Marketplace store, was the first supermarket in Landing Crosing. It was acquired by Bi-Lo in 2005 when Winn Dixie exited South Carolina.

Bi-Lo #5718, 158 Highway 274, Clover, South Carolina 29710-6045:
Bi-Lo #718 opened in August 2005. The store would became Bi-Lo #5718 after Bi-Lo acquired Winn Dixie and all Bi-Lo stores were renumbered.

On Friday, 13 September 2013, Bi-Lo Holdings announced the sale of seven Bi-Lo stores in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and York County, South Carolina to Publix. Bi-Lo #5718 was among those seven stores, and closed Sunday, 6 October 2013.

Publix announced its Landing Station store will be a rebuild. It acquired Landing Station from Rivercrest Realty on Monday, 14 April 2014.

Demolition of the former Bi-Lo #5718 and additional spaces was completed in January 2015. Publix #1486 is projected to open later in the year. It will be seventh and last of the seven Bi-Lo stores to reopen as Publix.

Publix began accepting applications today for meat cutters, bakers, cake decorators, wine specialists, body care specialists, and delicatessen clerks for store #1486.

Publix #1486 opens for business Wednesday, 11 November 2015. The store is 49,098 square feet. ("New Store Openings." Publix Super Markets.)

The pharmacy permit was issued by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy at the end of September.

Publix #1486 will do extremely well indeed. I do not see Food Lion #1393 (Bethel Commons, 5233 Highway 557, Clover, South Carolina 29710-8517) staying open much longer.

I will agree Southeastern Grocer's Bi-Lo stores have ran their course in the Charlotte, North Carolina regional market.
