Not accross the street, but infront of Bridgemill is being cleared out.

Luxury townhomes, similar to those at the entrance to sister community Bridgehampton. However, Wieland does have commercial zoning for 30 acres on the other side of its entrance to Bridgemill (now covered in pines).

City of Light will be the new headquarters for Inspiration Networks, a "religious" cable network currently located in Charlotte. Recently there has been talk that a 500 unit condo community would be built adjacent to COL, but I don't know if that's true.

It's the 100+ acre development on 521 across across from DiDee's and the Auto Bell.
