NEED HELP (new resident here in York County, SC (insurance, home)

I am new to York South Carolina (York County as well)

I close on my home on November 9th (Monday)

I want to get SC license plates

Where can I pay my car tax for both of my vehicles?

Here's the info you need:
Tax Collection/Finance

You need to bring the titles for you cars. Once paid, you take the info over to the DMV for your plates.

There are lots of things you need to take to the dmv to get your tags. We had to go back 4 times before we were successful. And we read very carefully what we needed to take. Be forewarned....

- Tax Receipt
- Titles
- Proof of Insurance
- Your SC Driver's licence

That's pretty much all you need.

The process was tedious but successful ... Tax bill paid, new DL, License plates acquired ... whew!

What a grind but finally over!
