Hello everybody

We recently moved into the Dominion Bridge subdivision in Fort Mill. Looks like there is a major bypass coming up on Whites Rd just behind this subdivision. Can anyone comment on how this will affect property prices in this subdivision considering that there will be a lot of noise and congestion in this now very peaceful area.
My house backs up on to Whites Rd

Thanks
Ann

Just hope that the bypass won't be done for a while. We live in an area that will be affected as well. We need a bypass as traffic is horrendous (sp?) on Rte 160, and I guess that is the best place to put it.?. There were many town meeting and discussions on it.

The bypass may come near our house too. There isn't a definite plan for it though or it would have been started already. If the bypass comes close, but not too close, to you, your property value will go up a little.
