I live in NJ. I can't stand it here. I am way to conservative to live in NJ. I am tired of paying all my money in taxes.

I own a Landscape and fiberglass pool business that i'd like to move to the Rock Hill area. I was just wondering if you guys thought i'd do alright in the area. I been looking at all the data i could find and it seems like there would be ALOT of work. It looks like there were 2800 homes built in York county last year and there were only 650 built in the county i live in here in Jersey.

I'm looking to live in a place that is conservative with alot of new construction going on. New construction= work.

It seems like the rock hill area would be a good area for me. Since there is alot of building going on and i'd still be able to do work around Charlotte.

What do you guys think.

Matt

Also check out fort mill. We are moving there in a few months and just went house hunting. New construction EVERYWHERE. Looks like a great area to live if you have kids the schools are great !!. I am in PA and we are moving because of my husbands new job. Unlike you though I tend to be more liberal so I am afraid of moving to such a conservite area. I am just going into things looking at everything as the glass half full and make the most of what we are given, stay true to my prinicpals and work hard.

Good luck in your move. the whole area is just stunning and I found affordable- BTW- We want a pool at our house we are building so let me know if you make the move. Best Wishes.

Rock Hill is the largest city in York County, a county experiencing much growth within Rock Hill itself and in the Fort Mill/Tega Cay area of the county closer to Charlotte. I don't really think you could go wrong relocating to this area.
