My family and I (2 kids ages 1 and 4) live in Charlotte (Southpark area) and are considering a move to Springfield.

Looking for a 4+ bedroom 4+ bathroom home within Springfield. If you are considering selling, please send me a PM.

Also, for anyone currently living in Springfield, how do you like it? We are looking for that close-knit community type atmosphere where kids are out playing everywhere, people walking speak to homeowners in their front yards kind of feel -
dont really get that in Southpark. Would love to hear any feedback you could provide.

There are currently 13 homes for sale in Springfield. One 3 bedroom, four 4 bedroom, seven 5 bedroom, and one 6 bedroom. Two are still under construction. One of the 4 bedroom homes has 4+ baths. I know a few folks that live there and they love the community feel.

One thing to consider with Springfield is that it's part of the Town of Fort Mill. Most of the other neighborhoods are part of the "township" but not incorporated into the town like Springfield has done.
That has it's pluses and minuses. The minus is the higher taxes. Pluses are trash collection and being serviced by town police and maintenance.
I'm not sure what the tax difference is, though. It might be a thousand or so higher in a neighborhood like Springfield.
