Custom home builders in Ft. Mill area? (Rock Hill, Fort Mill: loan, to buy)

I will be moving to the Ft. Mill area in the near future. Rather than buy into a development I am considering having a custom home built. Can anyone recommend any local custom builders that do real quality work? I've seen what developers do and since my father was a mason contractor I know the difference. Thanks

We are building right now with Sloan Adams Custom Homes and would definitely recommend them. They own lots in various developments and also will build on a lot you might own or purchase. Our lot is in a development in Rock Hill which is 10-15 minutes from Fort Mill.

We looked at a lot of new developments and various builders and selected this company based on the quality of the homes we saw. They also have some homes in various stages of completion ready to buy. They are wonderful to work with. Any issues we have seen during the build are addressed quickly and we are made to feel like our input is valued. They are a pleasure to work with!
