Some of the SC BI-LO stores have been acquired by Food Lion, whereas others will be converted to KJ's IGA or Lowe's Foods. But I am not sure about the status of the York locations. But the BI-LO brand is being phased out by Southeastern Grocers, although Winn Dixie remains for now in Florida and Alabama.
The other Bi-Lo stopped honoring the sales from their sales ad and were not accepting coupons. Being two months before the end of the year, we'd assume they wouldn't stop the promotions until mid December.
I believe the change to Food Lion is supposed to occur after the first of the year.
I didn't mean to contradict your forecasting that Food Lion is taking over Bi Lo. Personally, I am sorry to see Bi Lo leaving our area, and was happy to see the signage still up

The Bi Lo store in York is large, and I am sure Food Lion will make good use of all that store space
