Hi everyone, Can anyone tel me of some short term rentals (up to 4 mths) that are in the Fort Mill Elem / Nation Ford High school area as I will have kids going to both and would not want to change them in a few months.

I need this as soon as possible.

Thanks a bunch!

I have a neighbor in White Grove who may be looking to rent but he would still want to be able to show his house if it was a short term rental. If interested please PM me and I will get you his info. There are lots of kids and we go to the schools you need.

Check with Judy Hawkins of Hawkins realty - she owns some rental homes.

You do NOT want to live in the apartments right at the end of Doby's Bridge Road where it runs into 160. There are some other apartments that have some new buildings going up. They are located in a wooded area near the the Bi-Lo and Fort Mill Pharmacy, off of 160. They seem pretty nice from the outside....but please don't take my word for that - maybe a realtor could help you check them out. I think a rental home might be your best bet.

Default Home in White Grove

Do you know if your neighbor is interested in renting? My daughter and her family (retired Air Force) is building a home and it won't be finished until late October. The house they are renting now is going up for sale and they have to move. Please let me know. They don't want to have to rent an apartment as there are three small children. Very nice and dependable family.
