Veterinarian in Fort Mill/Rock Hill (Tega Cay: friendly, roach, phone)

Hi Everyone!
New in Baxter Village and we are looking for another vet. New puppy and the vet we've been using keeps adding stuff without asking us first and doesn't like being questioned . Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated - doesn't have to be in Fort Mill.

We love Dr. Willoughby over at Tega Cay Animal Hospital. Our Golden who generally does not like vets "messing" with her (she gets skittish) was kissing Dr Willoughby on the face while he was examining her. We have never seen her like much less lick a vet. Sometimes we should take our pet's "word" for who they like and don't . He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and we feel very comfortable that he is our babies doctor.

I second this about Dr. Willoughby. TCAH is the type that doesn't gouge you with fees. They are willing to provide you advise over the phone for non-life threatening issues and only ask you to bring the dog in if the condition does not improve within a specific time limit. Laid back, friendly, professional and has your pet's interest and welfare in mind.

Catawba Animal Clinic in Rock Hill is good. They have about 6 vets there, but I've always seen Dr. Mazur. He's a really nice guy and is conservative in approach to treatments. I highly recommend him!
