I remember seeing someplace on these boards somebody mentioning something about state college reciprocity between South Carolina and North Carolina. At the time I believed it meant that NC State universities offer the same admittance opportunities to SC High School grads as NC. I did not think it meant in-state tuition (though you never know). And vice-versa with SC state colleges to NC grads? For example, if they take the top 5% of NC grads, but only the top 1% of out of state grads, then SC still gets the 5%.
Does anybody know if any reciprocity exists?
