I am in the process of refinancing my mortgage and I need to find a reputable, but reasonable closing attorney. Also, how much should I expect to pay an attorney for a refinance?

Try Mack & Mack Attorneys! They are located in Fort Mill, SC. Office number is 803-548-7200. Just refinanced my house and the fee was about $400. I believe this is standard with most Real Estate Attorneys. Good luck!

I agree Mack & Mack. They were up front about the cost, did all the paperwork correctly and were very helpful.

Thank you for your replies...I just closed this past week and ended up using Robinston Bradshaw & Hinson...they were very good also. Efficient, fast, and up front. They only charged $350 since it was a refinance. Thanks again!

I don't think you need an Attorney to Refinance????? Other than the basic terms of the loan, what do you need an attorney for?
