Hi,
Does anyone know what stores will be in the new, soon to be built shopping center on Gold Hill Road in Fort Mill, next to The Reserve At Gold Hill? We just signed a contract in this subdivision and we're curious what kind of stores will be opening.

I live in the reserve also and it is my understanding that the shopping center will not be built any time soon or at all.

Hi, I live in The Reserve at Gold Hill and I haven't heard of a shopping center going in "next to" The Reserve. They've been talking about developing that little strip in front of The Reserve but with the economy like it is, I doubt they'll develop it right now.

Oh, ok. When we signed the contract to build they showed us the proposed elevation and made us sign a waiver that we were aware of the "future shopping center." Thanks for the info
