Was wondering if anyone has been to their retail store in your area or their warehouse in Fort Mill, SC (posted on that forum too)? Would appreciate any comment please! TIA

I have been to the warehouse in Fort Mill a time or two. My mom likes their stuff, so I have taken her there when she has visited. It looks small from the outside, but it is PACKED on the inside. It is pretty basic, definitely a warehouse, but they have tons of different styles and patterns to choose from. I don't think it's any cheaper than the regular places to get their stuff, but the selection is pretty impressive. They also have a little "scratch & dent" section, with some irregular or slightly chipped pieces for a discount. Worth the trip if you're into the Polish pottery!

Thanks for the nice details. I will have to plan a trip in that direction when in the area. My MIL loves it, so when she visits we have a destination she'd love. BTW, do you like cheese and/or are you from Wisconsin? I lived there for a while and get called that sometimes, that and I like cheese too.

Happy to help, TakesTwo! My mom loved it.
And yes to both of your questions.

Beware of Store policy on returns & refunds!!!!! I had a very high dollar item that cracked on first time and progressively got worse by third time in the oven. Owner refused to issue replacement, credit or even consider options for partial store credit for other similar items. Very poor customer service. I can guarantee that I will make sure to tell all my friends of all the other places they can buy Polish Pottery for 1/3rd of what Blue Rose charges....I.E. TJ Maxx, Tuesday Morning both carry Polish Pottery pieces at a very reasonable price and offer much better customer service _ THEY as opposed to Blue Rose....have a fair & reasonable return policy.
