Description: Established in 1974 by a group of parents from Island Community Church, Island Christian began with 54 students. As grade levels were added and the school became accredited, enrollment increased to 300. Island Christian today teaches pre-kindergarten through high school students in a traditional college-preparatory curriculum that incorporates the Abeka and Bob Jones Christian teachings.
