Description: Founded in 1872, the Globe is the region’s largest general daily newspaper (circulation 225,000). Over the years the Globe has won 21 Pulitzer Prizes in journalism and is considered the region’s most influential newspaper. Description: The studios of the local CBS affiliate are located in the Allston-Brighton section of Boston.
