Description: Held the first weekend in March, this annual three-day event is a 70-mile endurance mush from North Bend to Florence through the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. Dryland dog teams (dogs pulling a cart on wheels) and their owners brave sand dunes, trails, hard-packed roads, and sandy beaches.
