Description: In the Smokies’ Mountain Mist Chapel is located in a secluded country setting and features a heart-shaped candelabra with more than 70 candles. The chapel can handle up to 80 people. In the Smokies has been conducting weddings since the early 1990s. They have access to five church-ordained ministers and employ a staff of four wedding coordinators. They provide a number of different wedding packages, some of which include gazebo weddings, off-site receptions, and honeymoon accommodations.

Description: A rustic cedar and glass exterior and classically decorated interior make for a charming juxtaposition of styles at this chapel. The hilltop location (they call it a mountaintop, but that’s a bit of a stretch) offers some pretty decent views and creates a general feeling of seclusion; ceremonial settings include a gazebo and a waterfall. Inside, the tastefully decorated, candlelit chapel can handle up to 100 guests. Mountain Valley’s office is right on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, but the chapel itself is just off Wears Valley Road—only a couple of miles off the Parkway. The chapel offers custom-tailored ceremonies, dependent on the couple’s specific needs. Receptions, photography, and in-house videography are among the services provided.
