I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THE WORST TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AS I HAVE AT THIS LOCATION ON AVE Q IN LUBBOCK TEXAS. i HAVE CALLED TO ASK ABOUT THEIR SPECIALS AND I'M ASSUMING THEY DONT WANT TO WORK OR THIS LOCATION DOES NOT PARTICIPATE WITH SPECIALS LIKE ALL THE OTHER LOCATIONS. THEY ARE RUDE AND AS A MANAGER WOULD FEEL APPAULED IF ANY OF MY EMPLOYEES ACTED AS THESE EMPLOYEES ACT. I FIND THE LACK OF COMMITMENT TO A JOB IS THE ISSUE AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. CONVERSATIONS AMONG EMPLOYEES ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICE. HOW CAN YOU DEMAND OR EXPECT WORLD CALSS CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ARE HIRING BOTTOM OF THE BARREL EMPLOYEES. I TRULEY ENJOY YOUR PRODUCT BUT SERVICE IS MORE IMPORTANT TO ME.
