We called to get information about a package. The woman on the other line, Chrissy or Christie, was the rudest woman I have ever had to deal with. Not only was her tone snippet and condescending but she would interrupt and not let your finish a sentence. We were not calling to complain just check on a package. My son spoke to her first as it was his package. She would not let him speak and I could hear her voice across the room! She never checked or even took his name for that matter. I told my son to let me speak to her. She wouldn't even let me speak again interrupting every third word I spoke. I told her in a very calm and soft voice that she was being rude and that I could hear her across the room as she spoke to my son. She said, "NO I AM NOT!" I asked for the name of her supervisor and she gave it and stated that they were in. When we called back to report the incident she answered and stated the supervisor was not in. When my son asked if the calls were recorded she said no with a smirk. This was a very upsetting way to start our day when we just called to ask if we could pick up a package rather than have it delivered. This office should seriously look into training employees for customer service. I will continue to try to reach a supervisor however I am assuming that the name she gave us may not be correct. I hope this review gets into the hands of someone who can check on the customer service at this location.
