Subway locations in Springfield, IL

5/28/14 My wife and I stop by the North Grand location @ 6:30 to eat a light dinner and the door to this location was locked. I could see at least five customers standing inside so I tugged on the door and knocked to get the attendants attention he saw us and we were ignored. "It's 6:30 in the evening WTH.???

Don't waste your time coming to this location. The worst almost service ever.

It's 955 at night I sit in the the drive thru for 6 mins before driving to the window where I see no one there but see food on the floor and in the containers open sign on out front. So I called the store Noone answered the phone so I drove out front to see if the doors are locked which they are as I'm about to call the police a gentleman came our the restroom I assume but this is after 15 min of me being there . I left this place is horrible I have had problems hete before. Get a grip on your people
