I had an email from Amazon which stated the following:
Sorry we missed you. UPS SurePost tried but couldn't deliver your package today as a signature was required for delivery.
Please look for a notice of attempted delivery or contact UPS SurePost for the next steps.
The problem is, we were home all day (working outside our house) and no one attempted a delivery. I called the 800 number to UPS to get an explanation, and all they kept saying was it was delivered to the local post office. I am very unhappy at the apparent lack of honesty. I am so glad I called to complain, otherwise I wouldn't have had any idea that my package was at the post office.
UPS: Please train your drivers to actually make a true attempt at delivering packages to the address instead of getting lazy and dropping them off at the post office because they don't want to drive out of town to deliver them.

Completely useless - took the day off to receive a package that was delivering early - was there all day, no driver or delivery - next thing I know, my package is scheduled for "return to sender, receiver did not want or refused" - driver must have lied about trying - so now must wait 3 weeks for the package to go back to Virginia and back...pathetic - - advise everyone, an "overnight rush" to Alamosa, takes 3 days - why in the 21st century is the SLV 15 years behind

Have had two packages delivered in the last month. Our driveway has a little snow, we get up and down easily, as do all of our friends AND FedEx. UPS however, dumps our boxes on our road, in the snow, and doesn't even call us to let us know they're there. Once box was left before Christmas and we didn't discover it on the side of the road until almost a week later.
Would you recommend UPS Customer Center to others? No

Great customer service. They are very busy, and the lady up front is ALWAYS friendly. She works extremely efficient as well.
The drop off times are a little limited at our location and it would be nice to additional drop off locations sometime in the future.
Our delivery service man is awesome. he is a very hard worker. Always on the move, but is so very friendly.
The shipping prices seem a little high at times. When given an estimated shipping fee online, and then taking the packages over to be shipped, it's always a lot higher than the estimated price. The weight and measurements almost always match up too. So it's deceiving and would be nice to have lower shipping fees.

They suck

They are worthless. They told me a package wasn't there, and after two days they found it. They are only open two hours for pickup! How pathetic!
