This location has the best representatives I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Their customer service is beyond compare and anyone looking for a fast affordable shipper use UPS, but go to THIS location if you want the BEST service available. I'v e gone to other shippers with decent prices, but the service was something to be desired. What I've found is that no shipping company can compete with UPS no matter how hard they may try.

And that is something that is disappearing from business today, customer service. Without customer service no business can survive. Customers desire excellent customer service, a good product and affordable prices. These are things that UPS has offered and excelled at this is why they have sustained in the midst of their competitors without losing ground.
