I paid for two-day shipping on a package that was supposed to arrive July 3rd. It arrived in their delivery center in the morning (around 9:30am) from Portland, and they failed to deliver it to me by that time. Their call center (obviously off-site) would only rudely tell me "it was scheduled for Monday, July 7th."
I didn't pay for a July 7th delivery. I paid for a July 3rd delivery. I needed this package for contract work and now I have to tell the client their product will be late because of this outfit's incompetence.
Avoid them. Go with USPS.
