Guessing there was an issue. According to UPS package tracking, my package sat there for three days before being scanned to be delivered the final 15 miles. If you guys don't want to deliver, that's ok....just let me know so I can drive over there to pick it up. (The other four parcels arrived 4 days ago)

I use Shipping Solutions because there are no other UPS sites within walking distance. I really wish they would clean and organize the space so you can walk freely through the second hand store to get to the shipping place.

The customer service center is fine -- but it is not open long enough and it is too far from Newport. When can people who work get there? Why is it not open on Saturday? The drop boxes in town are too small for packages -- and the one other place to mail out UPS packages charges an extra fee beyond the UPS charge. Please UPS, correct this.
