Last week they sent my package to the wrong side of my state; items in that package are for my NEICE; having me miss a visit with my niece;
I have Spent the better part of this morning on their website. Which needs A LOT OF WORK!
So I just called the customer care center at the 800 number listed; the woman’s English was sketchy at best, and she was breathing into the microphone during our whole conversation. It was very distracting. I need for them to hold my package at my local UPS center when it arrives there is all I needed. She informed me that was my responsibility to continue tracking it and once it was at that center I had to call them back and tell them to hold it there. Totally wasted morning! This is why I prefer the US POSTAL SERVICE.
Would you recommend UPS Customer Center to others? No
