UPS locations in Trinidad, CO

Delivery service varies radically, from excellent when the normal carrier for our route is working to terrible when they have a substitute. I have had notification of two deliveries in past three days that did not occur. I later found one was given to a neighbor, and the other is unaccounted for. How can this happen with clearly marked address. Don't you have GPS?

My husband took a package to Trinidad ( Colorado ) on Independence Rd. He found out that they open at 4 pm. When I looked up the hours on the UPS search it states that this store is open from 8:30 in the morning! My husband is 85 years old, He just called me and said he and his friend who rode with him
( it is 2:32 PM Mountain time). would wait until 4 to return the box and then come home. It is 125 miles round trip. Please update your web site. Next time I will call them on the phone to see what the actual hours the store is open.
