The HIssho franchise is all over the place. There's one in another Giant not 10 minutes away and the difference between the two is absolutely astounding. The HIssho at Centerville Giant - as many chances as i've given it - is just not good sushi at all. What could you expect from a supermarket style shop, but honestly - it CAN be really really good. Here though, the rice is hard, everything has little flavor. I feel like the fish is not the freshest and the rice is just barely cooked then refrigerated for a day. I can't go back to this place anymore. out of 10 times, i'd say 2 were good, a total of 5 were edible, and the other 5 i ended up just eating a few pieces then throwing out because it just wasn't good. If you want a really good experience, go to the Hissho at Giant in the Lancaster Shopping Center. That one is head and shoulders better and on par with some of the local restaurants.
