In the event of enrollment in our program you will receive a complete enrollment packet including a Policy manual and all necessary forms. Licensing This facility is licensed by the State of Missouri Bureau of Childcare. Hours Child Care is available from 5:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday. Holiday’s Facility will be closed on New Years day - Memorial Day - 4th of July – Labor Day -Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after - Christmas Day – Day before or Day after Christmas (to be determined in December). Meals Facility provides Breakfast, Lunch and Snack: • Breakfast is served from 8:00A.M. - 8:45A.M. • Lunch is served from 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. • Afternoon snack is at 2:30 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. • Snack for Children arriving after school is at - 3:30 P.M. Naptime Children rest for approximately 2 hours a day Infants Infants are on their own schedule Supplies Parents provide diapers (pull-ups), wipes, Formula, blanket, pillow, and change of clothing. Behavior and Discipline I believe in positive discipline or redirection for children rather than punishment. Lesson Plans Lesson Plans are developed by teachers and posted in classrooms Daily Reports Daily reports are given to parents describing the type of day your child had including meals and naptime. Toilet Skills The staff at Close To Home will assist in toilet training. Tuition Due week BEFORE care Full Time Rates 0-35 months $100 each week on the previous Friday of each week 36 months and up $85 each week on the previous Friday of each week School age children $50 each week for before and after school care, due the previous Friday $85.00 per week for Full time summer care, due the previous Friday Weekly invoices are given every Thursday as a payment reminder. Full Time is considered more then 3 days a week. Part-Time Rates Part-Time care is considered less then 25 hours a week 0-35 months $25.00 each day on the previous Friday of each week 36 months and up $20.00 each day on the previous Friday of each week We work with families receiving DFS Assistance as well For households of 2 or more children tuition is income based. (See Director for quote) Failure to report any change in income, employment status, or living arrangements will void the income based tuition. There is no deposit for tuition prior or required for enrollment. Tuition is due the Friday prior to the week of care. Failure to due so may result in your child’s position being filled by another on our waiting list.
