MPJ's Grill & Restaurant opened in Fountain Hills in June 2009, and we joined the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce in December 2009. The MPJ acronym is comprised of the first letters of each of our three owners' names: Marcos Palacios, Pedro Loza and Joel Sanchez. MPJ serves an eclectic menu of fine America food at fast food prices. We use high quality ingredients and offer menu items to suit a wide range of tastes, including vegetarian items and children's items. Our menu changes seasonally, but we always have an excellent selection of burgers, wraps, salads and pastas. Most of our customers are especially fond of our specials, which have included steaks, ribs and our popular dishes on fish night. Our staff features more than 20 years of experience in preparing and serving Chinese, Japanese, Italian, and American dishes. We hold our staff to the highest standards—we hired them based specifically on their backgrounds working in five-star restaurants featuring impeccable customer service and oriented to fine dining.
