  • I am a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area and mostly work with people who are looking to buy homes, condos or townhouses. The areas I work in most often are Pinellas County (St. Pete up through Clearwater to Tarpon Springs and all the beach communities), south Pasco County (mostly New Port Richey) and western Hillsborough County (Westchase area) but I have helped clients with purchases as far east as the Brandon area. I spend a lot of time with my clients to make sure they understand the buying process and take the time to educate them on issues that will affect them like property taxes, the financing process, contract paperwork, etc. It is important that a buyer knows what is happening every step of the way, what should be happening and possible solutions to any problems that may arise. I also try to provide as much information as possible and as many tools as possible on my websites to give my clients the ability to learn more on their own as we proceed. I'm very persistent when it comes to making sure that other people involved with a purchase are doing their jobs correctly and in a timely manner. I often spend a good deal of time working with lenders and title companies to make sure they are getting their jobs done in a way so that there are no delays and no unnecessary stress on my clients. The 3 most important things that I do for my clients are 1) helping them find a house, condo or townhouse that is as close to their ideal as possible and that they will be happy with 2) negotiating the best deal possible for them and 3) making sure that their deal closes and with as little stress as possible. When I get a call or run into a client months or years after I've helped them and they tell me how much they love the property I've helped them buy, I know I've done my job correctly with them.
