Nerds On Call was started in 2004 by Andrea and Ryan Eldridge, and is still a family run company today. We are unique in 3 ways. First, we will not charge you to diagnose your computer. You don't have to pay us for an estimate. Secondly, we back up our work with a guarantee! We will not charge you for our time if we can't fix your computer. Third, Nerds On Call doesn't charge our customers hourly. We will give you an estimate before we start working on your computer, and that is what we will charge you for fixing it, no matter how long it takes us.
