Pecora’s Pet Care is owned and operated by Judy Pecora. She graduated from Towson University, worked in the professional arena for over 20 years, and then became a “stay at home” mom. During this time, she devoted herself to her husband, 2 daughters, and a house full of pets. Judy started this service as a business venture, as well as an opportunity to spend time doing something she truly loves, caring for animals.
