Our childcare personnel all go through a detailed interview process. Before being hired by a Life Made Simple we do a general child knowledge check, CPR certification check,, Background check (State Police of Arkansas (not a Third Party), childcare reference check, and Official Sex Offender Registry. All this information will be available for you at the time of hiring. (Drug testing, Immunizations Record and Bonding is available for small extra cost). Life Made Simple uses the same agency that the Department of Human Services uses to investigate all of their employee referrals. Life Made Simple conducts a (7) seven year criminal background check, state wide, offered through the local law enforcement office. If the professional has resided in the state of Arkansas for less than 7 years, a National background check is performed. Life Made Simple places only the most highly qualified and capable individuals.
