Each homeowner will have the flexibility to choose their own size and floor plan. Some may choose Bamboo flooring, some may opt for polished concrete or tile to optimize the Solar heat sink. We can provide Construction assistance or you can provide your own contractors. Our goal is to work with each homeowner to achieve the best possible situation for all.
