Thank you, I'm getting excited! The cost did come in about 30,000.00 over
what we had figured. However a lot of that was what the wifey "wanted" to
add and/or change. I'm to the point in life I just said yes dear, whatever you
want dear and roll with it. Once we signed the contract we knew what the four
payments would be so there won't be any surprises thankfully. He told us it
would take a couple of months to get the permits but once they got them they
were going to roll and they have been!

We just finished a new build in Mooresville 10 months ago. Are the expenses amazing you....... and your checkbook. Seemed like every time we got the bill from a Sub the cost had risen.
