PIC said they were made around 9:30AM on 1/6/2016. COS Item was date marked. There was a pan of rice, shredded chicken, pork, and taco meat cooked in the establishment being stored on the bottom shelf in the RIC-2(single door) with no use by date on the containers. PIC said they were made around 9:30AM on 1/6/2016. COS items were date marked.
